Does ANBODY know how to work Photoshop?

I recently got Adobe Photoshop Cs3 version 10.0 and am having major difficulties. I really want to turn my pictures into a filmstrip (you know... take a few pictures and make them look like they were taken in a picture booth). Also, I want to make a picture black and white and only make one thing on the picture a different color. I just need some help on working photoshop all together. If anybody knows any cool ways to change my pictures or ANYTHING!!! Please help... Thanks so much!!!

Ok...will try to address few of these...,

For Black %26 White effect, following menu option should help,

Image-%26gt;Mode-%26gt;Greyscale...

For cutting a picture %26 putting it onto other, Use Pen Tool from tool box, cut the picture, Drag it using, Drag Tool, onto other picture.

To form a film strip, create a New image with required width %26 height, then start dragging the pictures which want to add as film strip into that new image.

Hope these are of use...and hopefully u'll come across lot many online tutorials as Photoshop is widely used for photo mixing %26 designing.

for the B%26W image that you want to leave a little colour for look up image masking.
try to use the effects available in photoshop click on the effect menu., if not it will be found right the menu toolbar.,
