I downloaded brushes, but they are just images, how do i get them all as a brush file on Photoshop 7

In the top bar (where the brush setting is) Click on the carat. Then click on the carat next to master diameter. Then you'll want to select ''load brushes.'' Then load the downloaded brush files. Good luck!
