Anyone who knows how to photoshop!! Please Help..?

I have no experience in photoshop.... and I wanted to try and photoshop a picture of a tattoo onto a pic of my side. I guess to try the tattoo on before I get it lol.Ive seen it done and I love the idea of being able to see what it will look like. If anyone knows how to photoshop and could do it for me and then give me the link I would greatly appretiate it. I'm not sure if it takes 5 mins or 30 minutes. If its a big thing, then nevermind. Anyone who can help 10 pts!!! Thanks Here are the links to the two pictures.
